This product is available as open source. The following stipulations apply:

1. You may modify, add to, change, or delete portions of this product and create derived products. However you must state in your derived product that all or a portion was derived from EZ EMR.

2. You may give away or sell any derived product as you see fit. However you must acknowledge that your derived product includes all or a portion of EZ EMR.

3. Methods of acknowledging EZ EMR as a source for all or a portion of your product MUST include making that information available on your product web site (if you have one), in your product user documentation (if you have any), and in the about screen of your product (if it exists).

4. The product and the source code are provided as is. No warranty is provided.  No technical support is provided.  It is simply given to you to do with as you wish.  You can implement it as a complete EMR, you can modify it, you can take portions of the code to implement in your own solution.  However the product is provided as is, with no warranties and no guarantees.

5. The source code is written in C# and Visual Studio 2008. Note Infragistics controls where used in the scheduling piece. If you use the source code you will either need to buy a copy of Infragistics toolkit or remove that from the code (or it won't compile).
