Many EMR products can cost thousands of dollars for each
provider in a clinic. It is not uncommon for a 3 doctor
clinic to spend more than $60,000 for EMR. In many
cases the EMR company does not publish a price and only
when you are far into the process of negotiation do you
find out. Our price is public information and it is
affordable for any clinic:
Low
out of pocket: Software $3000
for one provider and $1250 for each additional provider. With this you have purchased a fully
featured EMR at a fraction of the cost.
Installation: $1000 per clinic.
Regardless of how many providers, it is only $1000 per
clinic for installation and training of your staff.
Note: if travel more than
4 hours from
our home office in North Texas is required, there is an additional
flat $1000 travel fee. That travel fee is a flat fee per
clinic not per user or per provider.
Support: Then just $125 per month per
provider. That monthly payment is for the complete
technical support. It
covers unlimited emailsupport. It also covers
unlimited updates. When we release new features, you get
them at no additional charge. You never have to buy an
upgrade! And what is more,
you can cancel at
any time if you feel the product is not meeting your
needs. There is no long term commitment! You
decide each month if you are happy with the service and
want to continue!
$125 per month is less than a
single round of golf for two players! This EMR
support may be the most affordable thing your clinic
purchases!
That is VERY affordable even for smaller
clinics on a tight budget.
So a two doctor
clinic would need only $4250 upfront (software and
installation), then just $250/month and you
can cancel at any time you are not totally satisfied!
Extra charges: For most clinics there are none.
But you may decide to add on requested items, some of
those may require an extra
charge: 1. If you choose to have a local server
(rather than data residing on a remote server we host),
and you have more than 3 doctors, and you do not already
have a server capable of supporting the database, then
an extra charge for that server might be required. But
it will be just the cost of the server, with no markup
and you are free to acquire your own, just ask us for
the specifications.
If you want your data
local and you have 1 to 3 providers we can usually place
the data on one of your existing machines, thus saving
you the cost of a server.
2. If you want the product customized/changed to
suit your specific needs, then there may be a charge for
those service. If we feel your requested
customization will have a wide appeal and is something
we would add into the product for all our customers,
then there is no charge for that customization!
